Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2448), since 1 January 2009, extra measures aimed at enhancement of State support of families with dependent children will be taken. Thus, pursuant to the Bill, such families have the right to priority obtainment of apartments, 50 per cent discount on payment for housing and communal services; children have a right to receive prescription medicine for free, are entitled to free education and free pass; parents have a right to take extra leaves and are liable to increments.
